We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like pet food, treats) and personalized items.

2. How to Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at paul@a1machine.net with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at paul@a1machine.net.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
